The Sessions Will Be Recorded In Case You Miss One

Yes, if you miss a session, no worries. 

The replays will be posted within 24 hours (likely sooner).

So if you have to miss one, you'll just set aside a time for yourself to follow along with the replay, and then work on the exercises, so you're ready for the following class.
