A LIFETIME OF EXPLORING
WHAT'S POSSIBLE.
I grew up in Sweden and gave my first violin performance when I was a little boy. I remember being fascinated not only by music, but by something I couldn't yet put into words: why can we sometimes do extraordinary things - and at other times struggle to access abilities we know we have?
That question has fascinated me ever since.
It eventually took me from Sweden to Los Angeles, from music and voice into human behavior, communication, performance under pressure, health and well-being - and into more than two decades of exploring what becomes possible when we stop treating our current limitations as permanent.
Today, I live in Ho Chi Minh City and continue that exploration with singers. speakers, entrepreneurs, executives, organizations - and people who simply want more freedom in their lives.
And I'm still learning. Still exploring. Still fascinated by what we might be capable of tomorrow.
